Cody Rhodes accepted the challenge of AJ Styles to defend his WWE championship at Clash At The Castle however, he added the stipulation that the contest will be an I Quit match which means the only way a person could win the match is by saying I Quit.

Cody Rhodes and AJ Styles previously had a 5 star, match of the year calibre contest in Lyon France at Backlash which Cody Rhodes defeated Styles and retained his world championship. Last week, Styles had shocked the world as he said he announced his retirement just to fake everyone including Cody Rhodes and viciously attacked Cody with the help of the OC, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson who stopped the officials and general manager Nick Aldis from intervening.
